Midweek dinner in under 15 minutes? Yes, Please! These Healthy chicken Avocado Wraps are my go to when life gets chaotic (aka EVERYDAY) Clean, delicious, and kid approved.
Ingredients:
2 cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped
1 ripe avocado smashed
1 cup baby spinach
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
2 whole grain or tortillas of your choice
1 Tbsp lime juice
salt and pepper to taste
In a bowl mash the avocado and mix with lime juice, salt and pepper.
spread the mixture on the tortillas
Layer the chicken, spinach, and tomatoes.
Roll them up tightly, slice in half and serve!
Goes great with air fried sweet potato fries!!
